The daily reports on cat activity, feeding and toileting habits are thorough and really provided peace of mind that my pet was in good hands. (Be aware that the reports don't come at the same time every day.) The staff is good at ascertaining the individual needs of each cat. My pet seems to have had a good experience at the hotel since she returned without a fuss and happily went back to her daily routine at home.

Boarded our cat at Nekoya KAP last year during our 2 weeks trip and she had the time of her life! Feels like she didn’t even miss us that much as the staff there took such great care of her and sent us daily updates to keep us reassured. Would definitely board her there again!

Replied promptly, detailed emails on what to pack/bring for cat boarding etc. Provide daily update on our cat. Place is clean with no funky smell. Can bring your own pet mat, scratch board & revolution if you don’t want to pay extra for it here. Overall, we like the service provided, will definitely board our cat here next time.

The care and attention of the carers was top notch, a special call out to Elizabeth, Beatrys and Chloe who took turns looking after her. They were very attentive to check on Nikki throughout her stay, the updates were timely and enjoyable to read each day, and they reassured us that Nikki was alright during her time at Nekoya.
