How does your cat sitting service work?

Our sitter visits your home based on your selected schedule to provide feeding, fresh water, litter cleaning, playtime and wellbeing checks. We'll also send regular updates, so you know how your cat is doing.

What are your sitting hours?

Cat sitters are generally available earliest from 9 AM, and latest by 7 PM. For special arrangements outside these hours, visits may be accommodated on a request basis.

What's included in each cat sitting visit?

Every visit includes feeding, refreshing water, litter cleaning, basic wellbeing checks and quality time with your cat. We can also follow your cat's routine and care instructions where possible.

Is cat sitting better than boarding?

It depends on your cat. Cat sitting is ideal for cats that are more comfortable staying at home, while boarding may be a better option for cats that enjoy a dedicated care environment.

Can you care for multiple cats?

Yes. We can care for multiple cats in the same household. During booking, let us know how many cats you have so we can recommend the most suitable service.

Can you give my cat medication during a visit?

Yes, we can administer most oral medications according to your instructions. Please let us know your cat's medical needs before booking so we can ensure we're able to assist.

Will I receive updates after each visit?

Yes. We'll send photo or video updates after each visit, so you can stay connected and have peace of mind while you're away.
