“Caretaker Nabila and Pearl service were excellent. Since it was my cat's first time in a boarding hotel, she was extremely petrified. She refuses to eat or pass motion. However, both Nabila and Pearl do their best to ensure that my cat eat regularly. They also kept me updated on my cat wellbeing. They tried to make my cat feel comfortable and adapt to the new environment.”

“First time boarding my cat Coco and I must say it was my best decision ever. As coco being away from home for the first time, i had many worries to send her to boarding for 9 days. Went for a viewing and I was assured that I will always be kept updated on my cat's well-being. The boarding hotel is very clean, quiet and perfect environment. Cabin size is spacious too! “The place is very comfortable and the staffs (Arifah and Farihah) are really nice and helpful. It is the 1st time for me to onboard my cat. She gave a totally different reaction during visiting but the staffs are very patient with her despite her being hissy during her stay which I'm really grateful for that. She only opened up to Farihah thou haha. No updates were missed by the staffs despite their busy schedule. It makes me feel at ease on my trip, knowing that my cat is properly cared for! 😊 Will onboard my cat again when needed! Thanks for the wonderful experience~”

Was sent almost daily updates on the status and adaptation of my cat to the environment and could see how comfortable she was with the staff and play area when I came to pick her up.
