At work, you will:

• Manage daily operations of our grooming salons
• Perform advanced grooming-specific tasks for cats in a safe, cage-free, and stress-free manner
• Advise cat owners on how they can improve the quality of care for their cats
• Inspect cats for external signs of infection, parasites, injury and/or disease
• Maintain exceptional standards of facility safety, hygiene and tidiness
• Accept and co-ordinate grooming appointments

Your skills should include:

A love of cats ranks among the top qualities we require for the people we select to grow our team. You must be exceptionally passionate about caring for our feline charges, be unafraid to place their safety before yours, and remain committed to their well-being and care.

• SKC or equivalent grooming certification, or;
• Prior working experience in pet grooming facilities

• Communicate with clients regarding the wellbeing of their cats in their absence
• Record detailed information about cats in your care

Your skills should include:

• Confidence in handling cats with a variety of temperaments
• Strong digital literacy (Google Drive, E-mail, WhatsApp)
• Prior experience with cat-sitting or cat grooming is advantageous

• Provide care for cats to clients who engage cat-sitting services
• Ensure cats in your care are fed, and cared for based on instructions left by their owners
• Attend client meet and greets, perform house visits and discuss tailored care arrangements for cats
• Keep connected with clients through digital messaging platforms like WhatsApp, ensuring efficient communication and updates.
• Manage appointments and travel to kitties' homes.

Your skills should include:

• Firm understanding of cat behaviour
• Cat grooming, first-aid and the ability to respond calmly in emergency situations
• Confidence in handling cats of various temperaments
• Administering oral medication, subcutaneous fluids

• Assist cat groomers and/or caretakers in their day-to-day duties
• Assist with feeding, housekeeping and husbandry, basic cat care tasks and administrative work
• Ensuring the comfort of our cats through attentive care, maintaining a clean and safe space

Your skills should include:

• No experience required - Just a whole lot of love for cats!

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the daily operations to ensure the business premise is open and operational which includes, but not limited to;
• Keeping the store clean, organised and presentable,
• Processing payments to packing online orders
• Ensuring our shelves are stocked.
• Assisting customer service by processing customer bookings/cancellations and answering queries.
• Handling of internal and external communication for Neko Neko (Retail + Salon)

Job Requirements:

• Meticulous attention to detail, willing to learn;
• Be able to work independently and proactively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Working experience is advantageous but not necessary.
