Working at Neko Neko

Working with cats is incredibly rewarding, but it is also a demanding, hands-on profession. It takes patience, physical stamina, and a deep commitment to animal welfare. Here is a transparent look at what it really means to be part of the Neko Neko team.

Not Just Cuddles

This is a highly active, physical job that involves deep cleaning and handling messes daily. Scratches, bites, and dealing with grumpy or nervous cats are part of the territory, so you must have true grit, physical stamina, and a calm presence under pressure.

Our Standard

Our philosophy is built entirely on safe, low-stress handling, meaning we never force or rush a cat. Instead of figuring things out alone, you will work directly alongside our experienced staff who will actively teach you as you grow through our structured career progression.

Rewarding Work

There is nothing more rewarding than earning a nervous cat's trust and knowing you made their life genuinely better. In return, you are signing up for a professional, structured team environment where high standards of safety and hygiene are non-negotiable.
