At work, you will:
- Manage daily operations of our grooming salons
- Perform advanced grooming-specific tasks for cats in a safe, cage-free, and stress-free manner
- Advise cat owners on how they can improve the quality of care for their cats
- Inspect cats for external signs of infection, parasites, injury and/or disease
- Maintain exceptional standards of facility safety, hygiene and tidiness
- Accept and co-ordinate grooming appointments
Your skills should include:

- SKC or equivalent grooming certification, or;
- Prior working experience in pet grooming facilities

- Manage daily operations at our cat boarding facilities
- Ensure cats in your care are fed and cared for based on instructions left by their owners
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness of the hotel premise, cat lodging accommodations and equipment
- Facilitate the smooth arrival and departure of clients
- Communicate with clients regarding the wellbeing of their cats in their absence
- Record detailed information about cats in your care
Your skills should include:
- Confidence in handling cats with a variety of temperaments
- Strong digital literacy (Google Drive, E-mail, WhatsApp)
- Prior experience with cat-sitting or cat grooming is advantageous

Responsibilities
- Take charge of the daily operations to ensure the business premise is open and operational which includes, but not limited to;
- Keeping the store clean, organised and presentable,
- Processing payments to packing online orders
- Ensuring our shelves are stocked.
- Assisting customer service by processing customer bookings/cancellations and answering queries.
- Handling of internal and external communication for Neko Neko (Retail + Salon)
Job Requirements:
- Meticulous attention to detail, willing to learn;
- Be able to work independently and proactively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Working experience is advantageous but not necessary.

- House-call vaccinations
- Microchipping service
- House-call pre-boarding health check

Requirements you’ll need to meet:
- High level of integrity and ethics
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience
- Ability and willingness to respond to appointments at short notice
- Writing good quality medical histories & summary for the owner.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different home scenarios
- Ability to make a judgment call whether a case is manageable at home or requires referral (and ensure the pet is referred off smoothly)
- Being able to independently perform the following procedures (nurse available if needed)
- Possess a valid AVS Veterinary License

- Plan, film, and edit video content featuring cats, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Assist in brainstorming social media campaigns and interactive content ideas
- Organise and maintain media assets (footage, audio clips, templates, etc.)
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day content needs
Ideal Candidate
- A genuine cat lover with an interest in animal welfare and community rescue
- Social media-savvy and always on top of the latest IG/TikTok trends
- Creative storyteller with a good sense of pacing, audio selection, and aesthetics
- Comfortable handling both phone and basic camera filming
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to meet deadlines
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premier Pro or similar apps)
- Bonus if you’ve previously grown a social media account or created viral content
