I sent my Tommy here for essential grooming, and classic grooming after and then on. Always looked for Stephanie because she's so patient and gentle with Tommy who's always timid 😂

The place is also serene, and I like that its a cat salon so no dogs here or loud noises that will freak your babies out. There is also a waiting area for you to watch your cats if you choose to, but wish there was refreshments sold instead of going to the cafe nearby!

Overall a really good experience and I'll always return (p.s. they send u a kitty report after! its so cute!)

Impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. Each time groomer will check on what kind of cut i would prefer. Always willing to explain when i don't understand specific terms " Lion-Cut"" or "Bear-Cut". The grooming was done efficiently, and Donut looks smooth and healthy. Will definitely return!

1st time boarding our naughty kitten and its also his 1st visit as we are away on our overseas trip for 10 days - initially our kitten is afraid on his 1st day but thanks to all Neko Neko's excellent staff who took care of him really well, fed him his meds as well as sending us daily updates of his photos and videos we are very happy our boi is in good hands! Love his grooming session as well, have already booked for his 2nd boarding and grooming when we travel again. :)

Brought my 2 kittens to Neko Neko at Jalan Malu Malu for their first ever grooming session. Extremely pleased with Aini and the groomer’s professionalism with handling my active kittens.

Opted for essential grooming that includes cutting the nails, trimming their fur around the paws and a bath too! Overall very satisfied with the grooming service and both kittens came with a very cute bow collar at the end of the session 🎀❤️❤️

First time trying boarding here, and I have no regrets. Absolutely loving their services and how well they’ve cared for my furkids as if they were their own. I highly recommend opting for the daily updates, which include photos and videos—some of the pictures are not only adorable but also hilarious. 😹 I also appreciate the detailed Caretaker’s Observations, which gave me peace of mind.

I’m super impressed by the service! Brought my cat for grooming for the first time. I was worried it might be stressful for him as he doesn’t like being picked up by strangers but the groomer handled him very well! From what I observed, the groomers were not forceful and really gave the cats time to adjust and get comfortable. An overall great experience for kitty and owner! Would definitely bring him back again (:

It's the boys second time boarding at KAP! Caretakers Hum & Miza at KAP really showered the boys with so much love and care. It's really all the small details and effort the caretakers' put in that matters. As pawrents we always look forward to the boys' daily media updates and report card, with that even while in holiday we feel assured that our babies are well taken care of. Thank you caretaker Hum & Miza from KAP for loving the boys and making their 8nights of boarding as comfortable as possible. *the boys definitely enjoyed their stay becos at check out they didn't want to go home*
