How do I apply discounts?
Log in to your account > Get Purrks > click "Get Reward" and choose one of the following steps for each type of voucher:
Grooming Rewards:
• Website Booking: Enter your reward code while making your booking. Exclude last 7 digits of the code. For example: [10OFF]8UHKYGN, code to key in: 10OFF
• Neko WhatsApp Helpdesk: Send a screenshot of your reward under the Your Rewards tab.
Note: Grooming voucher eligibility will be verified at the counter on the day of grooming.
Boarding Rewards:
• Website Booking: Enter your reward code while making your booking. Exclude last 7 digits of the code. For example: [10OFF]8UHKYGN, code to key in: 10OFF
• Neko WhatsApp Helpdesk: Send a screenshot of your voucher under the voucher tab.
Note: Boarding reward eligibility will be verified by Neko Helpdesk before boarding payment
Retail Rewards:
