Shipping FAQ

How long will my order take to reach me?

We seek to deliver an order within 3-5 business days from the time it is processed.

You will receive an SMS and/or email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

If dispatched to you via courier, an SMS from our appointed delivery partner will be sent to you on the morning of the delivery date.

Orders placed during sale periods (etc. 11/11, 12/12 sales), and days leading up to/after public holidays or store closures may experience longer than usual fulfilment times.

My order has frozen items inside. When will I receive it?

Orders with frozen items will be hand delivered in-house between the hours of 2-6PM or 6 PM-10PM on weekdays.

You will receive an order notification prior to your order arriving. Delivery instructions may be left at the checkout.

I need an available item delivered urgently. Is that possible?

Yes! Neko Neko is also available on GrabMart* for cat parents who need their orders within the next hour.

*GrabMart delivery is currently available within a 4km radius from the following outlets:

  • Serangoon Gardens
  • Jalan Kayu
  • Serangoon North
  • Jalan Malu-Malu
Which courier companies do you engage?

Most small to medium-sized parcels are delivered by our courier partner; J&T Express

What if I am uncontactable at the time of delivery?

If there is a chance you may be uncontactable during delivery of your order, we provide three actionable choices that you may instruct our shipping partners to undertake.

  1. Leave order at door
  2. Leave order in riser
  3. Attempt re-delivery of your order ($6 redelivery fee will apply)

These options are available for your selection at the checkout page and serve as instructions for our shipping partners on the next best course of action should they be unable to contact you personally for the handover of your parcels.

Do you ship internationally?

We only service customers within Singapore and do not ship internationally at this point in time. 

Self Collect FAQ

How soon can I collect my online order?

We require 1 working day to process and pack your order. Please make your way down to the store only when you have received a Collection is Ready SMS and/or email from us!

If you have an urgent request, please call us at 62883636 for assistance in expediting your pick-up.

Where do I pick up my order?

All online orders will be made available for pick-up at the Neko Neko Cat Stores.

Can I purchase the item in-store instead?

Yes you may, as long as its in stock.

To pick up or purchase an item of interest at a specific location, please call the store at 6610 2342 to have a Cat Care Advisor run a check on product availability prior to making your way down.

What are your opening hours?

We are open from 10AM - 7PM.

Jalan Kayu outlet is open daily.
Brighton Crescent, Serangoon North & Jalan Malu-Malu outlets are closed on Tuesdays.

Do I need to show proof of purchase to collect my order?

Yes - Please flash the collection SMS or email sent to you when attempting to collect your order.

How long will you hold my items in-store?

Orders for collection will be held for a week. If orders remain uncollected past that time, we reserve the right to dispose of the order and its contents. A refund will not be provided in such instances.

Can I order some items for in-store pickup and others to be shipped to my house?

If you would like to pick up some items, and have other delivered, please place two separate orders.
