How do I start earning Purrks?
Signing up for an account will allow you to start earning Purrks right away.
What do I earn Purrks on?
Purrks are awarded for all online orders, walk-in purchases, grooming services and cat boarding tabs (ie. products and services puchased during your cat's stay at our hotels).
What is the reward point conversion rate?
Purrks are points you earn on every order or booking you make with us.
For new sign-ups and Bronze tier members, a dollar spent earns you 1 Purrk.
For Silver tier members, the conversion is $1 to 1.2 Purrks.
For Gold tier members, the conversion is $1 to 1.5 Purrks.
When do my reward points expire?
Purrks expire 12 months from the time they are accumulated.
They cannot be reinstated after expiration.
