Neko Neko Club Terms & Conditions

  • Purrks will expire after 12 months from the time they are accumulated and will not be reinstated.
  • Purrks cannot be transferred from one member to another member.
  • Vouchers redeemed can only be used by the member themselves and for their cat(s) and cannot be transferred to another member.
  • There will not be any refunds for membership termination.

How do I start earning Purrks?

Signing up for an account will allow you to start earning Purrks right away.

What do I earn purrks on?

Purrks are accumulated through in-store purchases, online retail orders, and grooming appointments.

How do I redeem purrks?

Click the button on the bottom left of your screen to gain access to your Neko Neko Club rewards!

What is the Purrks conversion rate?

Purrks are points you earn on walk-in purchases, online orders and grooming appointments you make with us.

  • For Bronze tier members, every $1 spent earns you 1 Purrk. 
  • For Silver tier members, the conversion is $1 to 1.2 Purrks.
  • For Gold tier members, the conversion is $1 to 1.5 Purrks. 
  • For Platinum tier members, the conversion is $1 to 2 Purrks. 

When do my Purrks expire?

Purrks expire 12 months from the time they are accumulated. They cannot be reinstated after expiration.

What happens to my Purrks once I upgrade to Platinum Tier?

When you upgrade to the Platinum Tier, your Purrks will carry over seamlessly!

Will I still have access to my existing vouchers if I upgrade from Bronze/Silver/Gold to Platinum?

If you redeem a voucher before upgrading, it will stay in your account. However, once you upgrade to the Platinum Tier, any unredeemed vouchers from previous tiers will disappear. Enjoy the enhanced benefits of the Platinum Tier with access to 10% off vouchers!
