If your cat shows ongoing signs of stress, the session may be paused or stopped. We’ll communicate openly with you and discuss the best next steps, including rescheduling or adjusting the service.

Are there any health requirements before booking?

If your cat has existing medical conditions, recent injuries, or is on medication, please let us know during booking so we can advise appropriately.

What happens after I submit my booking?

After you submit your booking, our customer service team will reach out to confirm the details and ensure everything is suitable for your cat.

This helps us prepare properly for your appointment and gives you a chance to clarify any questions before the visit.

Can I book if my cat has never been groomed or boarded before?

Yes. Many of our customers are first-timers. We handle first visits gently and will recommend a suitable service based on your cat’s comfort level. There’s no expectation to complete everything in one session.
