Sitting Process
1. Express Interest
WhatsApp us to check sitter availability or select an available sitter via our booking platform.
2. Make Payment
Once you’re matched to a sitter, you will be issued an invoice for payment within 1 working day.
3. Schedule Telemeet (optional)
Your sitter will liaise with you via WhatsApp text or video call, to learn more about your cat’s needs.
4. Home Visit (1-2 Days Before)
Your sitter will visit your home for key collection and finalize any requirements, arrangements or preferences for the sitting service.
5. Medical Care Demo
If you’ve opted for the Medical Care add-on, this session allows you to demonstrate your cat’s medication routine, ensuring our sitter follows it exactly for your kitty’s comfort and well-being.
6. Commence Sitting
Your kitty is in great hands with our loving sitter!

A short visit for single-cat households, ideal for timid cats, including topping up of food and water bowls, refreshing of litter box, and complimentary Peace of Mind Updates. (15 mins)
Comfy Care

Perfect for a single cat with separation anxiety or to prevent loneliness during longer trips, this longer visit includes everything in the Quiet Check In package with extra time for companionship, play, or cuddles. (30 mins)
Companion Session
$80
This one-hour visit is ideal for up to 3 cats. All cats are cared for during the same hour, with everything in the Quiet Check In package and a complimentary video call included. Additional cats +$10 each. (60 mins)

Medicare
From $20/visit
This add-on covers administering medications, pilling, or subcutaneous fluids like insulin or kidney support. Pricing starts at $20 per visit for medications or pilling, and $30 for subcutaneous treatments. You will be required to show your cat’s medication routine so our sitter follows it precisely for your kitty's comfort and well-being
General Housekeeping

Return to a clean, tidy home! For $25, your sitter can vacuum and mop your floor before they leave. (Price applicable to ~45m2 floor space)

What Are Your Sitting Hours?
Cat sitters are generally available earliest from 9 AM, and latest by 7 PM. For special arrangements outside these hours, visits may be accommodated on a request basis.
What are your rates like?
Rates for cat sitting begin from $35/day.
What is included in the daily sitting rate?
The daily rate includes feeding, watering and the refreshing of litter bins / trays.
Our cat sitters also conduct a simple wellness update for your cats.
How flexible is your cancelling and modification policy?
Unlike our competitors, we offer a flexible, no-questions-asked policy on booking modifications and cancellations up to 48 hours before your booking beginning!
Your reservation will be converted to Neko Neko credits for simply, fuss-free rebooking on a future stay with us.
