How do cats say "I Love You"? ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿ’Œ

You love your feline companion so much but wonder if they love you back?ย
Here are some examples of how they express their love and affection for you!

๐Ÿ’Œ Slow blinking
Cats show adoration to their people by using eye contact, and look directly into the eyes of those they trust and love. They lower their eyelids and give slow, steady blinks. When they do it to you, remember to do the same back to show them you love them!

๐Ÿ’Œ Head bumps

Cats bump their head or rub their cheeks onto you and this is an act of them marking their scent and claiming you as one of their own. This is often seen during their kittenhood as an act of social behaviour that is formed with their siblings and their mother.

๐Ÿ’Œ Showing their belly

You need to know that when a cat shows you its belly, one of the most vulnerable parts of their body, it means that they have the ultimate, THE ULTIMATE trust in you. If they do this when youโ€™re around, good for you! It means that they are really relaxed around you! However, this does not mean that you can give them a belly-rub as they might retaliate with a bite or scratch, so do be careful! (admin thinks itโ€™s best to ask for consent.)

Remember to show them how much you love them! Go, go now!
