    What Are Your Operating Hours?

    Our caretakers are generally available from 9 AM - 12 PM and 4 PM - 7 PM.

    What are your rates like?

    Rates for cat sitting begin from $35/day.

    What is included in the daily sitting rate?

    The daily rate includes feeding, watering and the refreshing of litter bins / trays. Our cat sitters also conduct a simple wellness update for your cats.

    Can I meet your cat sitters before deciding on engaging you?

    Yes you can! It's important to us that we can discuss your cat's care requirements in detail. To schedule a tele meet, please contact our Customer Service team via WhatsApp 62883636 from 10 AM to 7PM daily (excl PH).

    What should I expect after a successful booking?

    1. Once all details are confirmed, payment must be made
    2. The assigned sitter will reach out to the customer via Whatsapp to set up a Home Meet & Greet visit in order to:
    • Introduce themselves to the owner and cat alike!
    • Learn about the cat’s routine
    • Understand which areas will be set for cat care
    • Assess the safety of the cat care area & recommend any changes
    • Exchange keys/ entry info with the owner
    1. On each cat sitting visit, the sitter will provide updates on the cat’s wellbeing

    What should I prepare before my cat sitter comes?

    The home must be safeguarded for the cat to be left unsupervised:
    • Closed windows and doors to prevent fall injury or escape (meshed windows may be opened with supervision if requested)
    • Chemicals kept away from the cat care area and safely inside a cabinet or closet
    • Strings, electrical cords, etc. kept away from the cat care area
    • Rooms which the cat sitter does not require access to should be locked

    You should prepare: 
    • Spare keys or keyless entry for access the home
    • An emergency contact
    • A cat care area in which windows must be meshed or remain closed if not meshed
    • A defined care area (where food, water, bathroom, etc. are accessible to the cat & sitter)
    • Any cleaning supplies needed for simple clean ups (wipes, broom, etc.)
    • Any cat supplies needed for the duration of the booking
    • Any medical supplies needed for the duration of the booking

    Payment & Cancellation Policy

    • Full payment is required in order to confirm your booking
    • Modifications & cancellations may be requested up to 48 hours before the booking begins
    • You will be provided with your refund in credits to be used on a subsequent booking
    • Refunds in cash may be requested, subject to a 10% processing fee
    • Modifications and cancellations made within 48 hours of the first visit are non-refundable (except in special cases subject to approval)

    Blackout Dates are strictly non-modifiable nor refundable

    Sitter Replacement Policy

    • In the unfortunate event a sitter becomes unavailable, please contact us at 62883636 and we will try to match you to a new available sitter
    • The sitter may first seek and propose another replacement sitter for your cat
    • If a replacement sitter cannot be found, Neko Neko is pleased to have your cats transferred for care at our boarding hotels (subject to Boarding Requirements being met, additional transport fees may apply* )
    • If you do not wish to board your cat, the sitting may be cancelled and you will receive full refund on the value of all incomplete services
    • Should a sitter fail to show up for their appointments without warning, the sitter may be blacklisted by Neko Neko and removed from the platform
