Will my Platinum Tier expire?
Your Platinum Tier is a one-time purchase of $188 for a lifetime membership! Just keep in mind that if there's no spending for a year, your Platinum Tier will expire. Enjoy a lifetime of benefits by staying active!
What Happens To My Purrks Once I Upgrade To Platinum Tier?
When you upgrade to the Platinum Tier, your Purrks will carry over seamlessly!
Will I still have access to my existing vouchers if I upgrade from Bronze/Silver/Gold to Platinum?
If you redeem a voucher before upgrading, it will stay in your account. However, once you upgrade to the Platinum Tier, any unredeemed vouchers from previous tiers will disappear. Enjoy the enhanced benefits of the Platinum Tier with access to 10% off vouchers!
How do I redeem my 10% OFF Vouchers?
Retail Purchase & Grooming Services
1) To apply the 10% off discount retail purchases and grooming services, redeem the voucher on the bottom left of your screen.2) When checking out in stores, simply inform our Cat Care Advisor that you would like to apply the voucher.
Boarding and Cat Sitting Services

What Happens when I run out of purrks?
Don't worry! As a Platinum member, you'll receive 2x Purrks on all online and in-store purchases, as well as grooming sessions booked.
Please note that Purrks will not be accrued for spending on boarding hotels and cat sitting services.
I've purchased the Platinum Tier, but my account status is still Bronze.

Platinum Tier Terms & Conditions
Purrks are accrued for spending on grooming services and retail purchases.
Platinum tier members are not allowed to use their purrks to redeem bronze, silver and gold vouchers over the counter.
Boarding & sitting discounts are not valid on Blackout Dates.
Only 1 NNC Platinum account is allowed per customer.
Platinum membership expires after 1 year of inactivity (ie. 365 days of no-spend).
Discounts not stackable with other offers/promos.
All purchases of the Platinum Tier membership are final and non-refundable. Once the Platinum Tier is purchased, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
