Effective 1 March 2024, we will be consolidating all of our store numbers into one central contact point. This consolidation aims to simplify communication and ensure consistency across all our locations. Please note that the month of March will be an adjustment period before we officially terminate other lines on 1 April 2024.

For customers who have cats currently boarding or having an appointment at one of our outlets, please select “Connect with Store” in order to reach out directly to the crew at your selected store 📍

After choosing “Connect to Store”, you will receive a prompt to choose the outlet your cat is at. Simply pick the correct one, and an agent at your outlet will be connected with you!


For other enquiries, you can select “Speak to Agent” to be redirected to our Customer Service where an agent will assist you.

From now on, regardless of your preferred store location, you can reach us at 6288 3636. Our dedicated team will be available to assist you with any Nekoya, Nekomori, or Neko Neko inquiries you may have!
