Zero Travelling Required
Say goodbye to waiting for taxis! Our professional cat groomers come to your doorstep on the day and time you want.
Why Choose Us?
Our housecall grooming is designed to help cat owners who struggle with meeting their cat’s basic grooming needs. Cats that fear traveling or being handled for simple tasks like nail clipping or bathing often develop anxiety, fear of strangers, or aggression, impacting their quality of life.
Our solution is a tailored, step-by-step approach that matches your cat with a suitable groomer. By grooming in the comfort of their home, we help your cat become more comfortable with handling, allowing for essential grooming tasks while building a positive association with regular grooming.
How It Works
We understand cats move at their own pace, so multiple housecall visits may be needed to achieve desired results. Our groomer will take a gentle approach, adjusting to your cat’s comfort level.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to prepare before my cat's grooming session?
Our groomer will bring all necessary grooming equipment, such as a grooming table or non-slip mat, electric clippers, shears, and force dryers. Here are some things you need to prepare:
- A space ready for the groomer to work in, preferably a room to prevent fur from getting everywhere.
- An accessible electrical power point for power supply.
- Two clean towels for your pet (if a bath is involved).
- For light cleanup: a plastic trash bag, a vacuum cleaner, or a broom and dustpan.
- For appointments that include bathing, please provide access to a bathroom or a shower space for the groomer to use.
What does my cat groomer need to know before the session begins?
Please inform our groomers of any illnesses, injuries/wounds, or aggressive/unpredictable tendencies that your pet might have.
What is your payment and cancellation policy?
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
You can cancel or modify your appointment for free up to 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule after this period, 50% of the payment will be retained.
Our prices are fixed unless additional services like dematting or undercoat removal are needed, which will be quoted after assessing your cat’s skin and coat.
How long does a house call cat grooming session take?
Depending on the service, sessions typically range from 60 to 90 minutes.
Do I need to provide any cat grooming equipment?
No, our professional groomers bring everything needed, including brushes, clippers, towels, and cat-safe shampoos.
Is house call cat grooming safe for senior or special-needs cats?
Yes! House call grooming is ideal for elderly, disabled, or medically sensitive cats who may struggle with travel or traditional salon visits. Our groomers take extra care to ensure their comfort.
What happens if my cat has fleas or matting?
Please note that our Housecall Grooming services do not include dematting or parasite treatments. If we discover fleas or matting, we may recommend a salon visit for your cat in order to address these conditions more comprehensively. Thank you for your understanding!
