For early check-in and late check-outs up to 2 hours. Subject to availability.

Medical Care Fee ($10/week)

If a guest requires extra medical care or other forms of special care during their stay.

Concierge Fee ($80)

This service covers situations where our trusted staff member accompanies your cat to veterinary visits or external appointments during their stay, as this requires dedicated one on one attention, travel time & coordination beyond the standard care routine.

Transport Pick-up and Drop-off ($40)

In-house transport services for pick-up and drop-off to and from our cat boarding hotels from 12PM - 4PM. Recommended for returning hotel guests familiar with our boarding process. +$10 per additional cat.

Vet Visits ($40)

We can arrange transport by our trusted staff for your cat's scheduled veterinary appointments during their stay. Available for pre-booked appointments only.

Yes. Boarding rates vary according to the cabin size and features. You can choose the option that best suits your cat's needs and your preferred level of comfort.

Are there any additional charges?

Optional services such as transport or salon services may incur additional charges. If any extra fees apply, we'll explain them clearly before confirming your booking.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

When do I need to make payment?

Payment is required to confirm your booking. This helps us reserve your selected cabin and dates, especially during busy periods when availability is limited.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Unlike our competitors, we offer a flexible, no-questions-asked policy on booking modifications and cancellations up to 48 hours before your booking beginning! Your reservation will be converted to hotel credits for simply, fuss-free rebooking on a future stay with us.
