How do I prepare for pick-up & drop-off?

  • Our driver will drop you a call or message prior to their arrival from 9.30AM - 12.30PM.
  • You will be required to provide your own hard transport carrier for the journey, lined with a pee-pad.
  • Drop-off is between the hours of 4.30PM - 6.30PM. Waiting charges will apply at $10 per 10 min block. 
  • Please be contactable during these time windows, and liaise with our driver to bring kitty down / pick kitty up at the designated drop-off point for a seamless trip to the salon and home.
  • Failure to pick-up/drop-off your cat timely will result in your appointment being rescheduled and the $40 deposit will be forfeited.
  • As the driver may already have other cats in the van, they will not be able to head up to your unit for collection.

How do I provide grooming instructions?

Once your cat has been picked up by our driver, you will be informed by our Artisans once it reaches the salon safely.

 

Once at the salon, we will conduct a pre-grooming consultation to assess kitty’s condition, inform you of any observations and make recommendations on the day’s treatment. Please ensure that you are contactable via phone or WhatsApp on the day of your appointment, we will not begin the session unless we hear from you.

 

If you are uncontactable, for whatever reason, we reserve the right not to provide any services to your Pet and will return your pet at drop-off. Our pet transport rate of $40, $10 per additional cat will be chargeable regardless.

What happens if my cat cannot be groomed?

If grooming cannot proceed due to your cat's health, temperament, coat condition or safety concerns, the $40 grooming deposit will be forfeited and the standard $40 transport fee will apply. Any transport payment already made will be deducted from this amount.

What if my cat only requires an à la carte grooming service?

The $10 promotional transport rate applies only to qualifying grooming packages. If your appointment is changed to an à la carte service, the standard $40 transport fee will apply. Any transport payment already made will be offset against this amount.

Do I need to be contactable during my cat's appointment?

Yes! Our team will call you when your cat arrives to complete the grooming check-in, confirm the services required and arrange payment. Grooming cannot begin without your consent and payment. If we cannot reach you in time, your cat may be returned without grooming, and the applicable forfeiture and transport charges will apply.

Will the driver collect my cat from my doorstep?

For the safety of all cats travelling with us, we do not offer doorstep collection or drop-off. Please meet our driver at the designated meeting point.

What if I'm late for pick-up or drop-off?

You'll have a 5-minute grace period after the driver's arrival. A flat $20 waiting fee applies after that. If you're still unavailable after 15 minutes, the driver will leave and the booking will be cancelled, with the applicable deposit forfeited.
