Grooming Assessment Fee ($40)

A comprehensive 30-minute analysis of your cat's skin, coat, temperament, and grooming suitability. The $40 fee is credited towards your grooming bill when the session is completed.

Director’s Fee ($30)

Applies when booking with our senior groomer. This reflects their level of experience, technical proficiency, and ability to manage more sensitive or complex grooming needs.

Media Updates ($10)

Receive 3 photos of your kitty's grooming session with us, to be sent to you via WhatsApp within 1 working day of your appointment.

Extra Care Charge ($80)

Chargeable if extra time or hands are needed. We are committed to your cat's wellbeing and may choose not to groom overly stressed, agitated or uncomfortable cats.

Ear Mite Treatment ($20/ear)

Recommended to treat ear mites and/or other ear-related ailments.

Parasite Treatment ($120)

For fleas, ticks, fur mites, and/or other parasites. Bath required.

Oversized Charge ($30)

May apply to extra-large cats weighing over 8 kg.

In-grown Claw Removal ($30/nail)

Surcharge for in-grown nails.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a deposit required for booking an appointment?

Yes. A deposit of $40 per cat (non-transport) or $80 per cat (transport) is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit covers a Grooming Assessment Fee rather than just holding a slot. The amount you pay remains unchanged and will be fully offset against your final bill upon completion of the groom. The 30-minute assessment covers a full skin, coat, behavior, and welfare check, initial grooming work (like nail clipping), and a dedicated time slot reserved with your Artisan.

What happens if my cat becomes too stressed or aggressive during the session?

Your cat’s safety and welfare always come first. If our Artisans determine it isn’t safe to continue, we will pause the session and consult with you.

If we can proceed with extra care: An Extra Care Charge may apply. If we discontinue the groom: The $40 Grooming Assessment Fee covers the 30-minute assessment and any work completed up to that point.

Why aren't undercoat removal or dematting included in the base price?

Every coat is unique. Base packages cover essential maintenance, but severe matting or heavy undercoat buildup requires extra time, specialized tools, and gentle, meticulous care. To keep our pricing fair, these services are assessed during the first 30 minutes and offered as optional add-ons so you only pay for what your cat actually needs.

How do I submit payment to confirm my appointment?

After submitting your booking request, please transfer your deposit and send a screenshot of the payment via WhatsApp to +65 6288 3636 within 1 HOUR. Unconfirmed slots are automatically released after 1 hour to accommodate other cats.
