Previously a paediatric nurse, she brings patience and a gentle touch to cat grooming. Her journey began in 2023 after her first cat’s grooming session sparked a deep interest in feline behaviour and handling. After completing a professional grooming course in 2024 and participating in competitions, she is now a full-time groomer and proud cat mom of two, dedicated to creating a calm and positive experience for every cat she meets.

Lynn began her journey in the pet industry nearly two years ago working with dogs, before transitioning into cat grooming to focus on the unique personalities, body language, and comfort needs of feline clients. In 2025, she earned her NGKC Pet Grooming C-Level and B-Level certifications, securing 1st Place in the C-Level Professional Grooming Competition alongside an Excellence Award in the B-Level competition. Leveraging her broad experience across various coat types and temperaments, Lyn now applies her award-winning skills to provide patient, personalized care that helps every cat feel completely at ease during their groom.

Mindy

Grooming Artisan

Title

Mindy’s grooming journey started back in 2018 from a random gap-year job… and funnily enough, she never left! Since then, she’s had the joy of working with cats, dogs, rabbits, and guinea pigs, loving that every single pet and groom brings something new. Her absolute favorite part is getting creative with each style, watching those cute little glow-ups come together, and building genuine bonds along the way. For Mindy, there’s nothing more rewarding than earning a pet's trust and watching them get comfortable in her care—and safe to say, eight years later, she still truly loves what she does!

Parking spaces are generally available within close proximity to our Holland Village outlet.

 

Please transport your cat to our stores with the use of a secure transport crate. Where possible, it is strongly advised that you only use the service lift, as opposed to escalators or passenger lifts. This route will provide a quiet, safe entrance, that is as close as possible to Neko Neko.

Our Holland Village outlet is a 5 minute walk from Holland Village MRT, near Lorong Liput & One Holland V. This outlet is closest for those living at Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Clementi, Queenstown, Redhill.

We offer private cat taxi services for our customers at the rate of $40/2-way trip for our grooming services, and $50/way and $90/2-way trip to any of our hotels between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays and Public Holidays.

 

An additional fee of $20 applies to pick-ups and drop-offs at Sentosa Island.

Advanced booking is required and subject to availability. Please notify us should you require our private taxi services before placing a booking.
