Aini, parent to 5 cats of her own, has spent most of her years in customer-facing roles, from serving as a stewardess to a financial advisor. Her passion for cats grew stronger when she came across @askacatgroomer’s informative TikTok videos.

Deciding to pursue her passion for these adorable felines, Aini left the customer service industry to work with cats and help them look their best!

As a pet groomer with a special focus on cats, she places great importance on every cat's comfort, safety, and emotional well-being throughout the grooming process.

Each grooming session is tailored to the individual cat's personality and tolerance level, with the goal of keeping stress to a minimum while ensuring proper care and hygiene. Above all, she hopes every cat leaves feeling clean, comfortable, and well cared for. 🐾

Known among her friends as the "Michelle Pfeiffer Catwoman," she's a proud cat mum to six feline companions. Her curiosity about feline care inspired her journey from Cat Customer Specialist to Cat Grooming Assistant, where she's been learning the ins and outs of professional cat grooming.

Her goal is to become a skilled cat stylist, helping every cat leave the salon looking fabulous, feeling confident, and fresh after every groom. 

Nadiah

Nadiah has loved animals her whole life, and cats have always been her number one favourite. Being able to work with her favourite felines every day is truly a dream come true. 

A proud "single mum" to four furry babies of her own, Nadiah loves them dearly and credits her time at Nekoya for helping her deepen her understanding of cats and become an even better cat parent. Although she's been a caretaker for just under two years, she's loved every single moment of it, especially all the wonderful cats she's had the chance to meet. 

In fact, the hardest part of her day is leaving work. As unusual as it sounds, closing up the hotel often feels like she's leaving her own cats behind.

Parking spaces are generally available within close proximity to our Jalan Malu Malu outlet.

 

For Jalan Malu Malu, there are parking spaces available just outside, or along the landed properties.

 

Please transport your cat to our stores with the use of a secure transport crate. Where possible, it is strongly advised that you only use the service lift, as opposed to escalators or passenger lifts. This route will provide a quiet, safe entrance, that is as close as possible to Neko Neko.

The nearest MRT station is Sembawang (NS11).

 

From there, take Bus 858 or 980 for four stops and alight at Aft Sembawang Shop Ctr, which is a short walk to the outlet.

We offer private cat taxi services for our customers at the rate of $40/2-way trip for our grooming services, and $50/way and $90/2-way trip to any of our stores between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays and Public Holidays.

 

An additional fee of $20 applies to pick-ups and drop-offs at Sentosa Island.

Advanced booking is required and subject to availability. Please notify us should you require our private taxi services before placing a booking.
