Our King Albert Park outlet is designed exclusively for cat boarding, offering a quiet, low-traffic environment where cats can settle in comfortably during their stay. By focusing solely on boarding, we’re able to maintain a consistent routine, minimise disruptions, and give each cat the space and attention they need to feel safe and at ease.

 

This outlet is ideal for cats who prefer a calmer setting, longer stays, or a more predictable daily rhythm, supported by our experienced caretakers who understand feline behaviour and comfort cues.

Parking spaces are generally available within close proximity to our King Albert Park outlet.

 

For this outlet, there is an indoor carpark available within the King Albert Park Residences Mall.

 

Please transport your cat to our stores with the use of a secure transport crate. Where possible, it is strongly advised that you only use the service lift, as opposed to escalators or passenger lifts. This route will provide a quiet, safe entrance, that is as close as possible to Neko Neko.

The nearest MRT station is King Albert Park MRT Station (DT6).

 

From there, it's a 5-min walk to our cat boarding hotel.

We offer private cat taxi services for our customers at the rate of $40/2-way trip for our grooming services, and $50/way and $90/2-way trip to any of our stores between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays and Public Holidays.

 

An additional fee of $20 applies to pick-ups and drop-offs at Sentosa Island.

Advanced booking is required and subject to availability. Please notify us should you require our private taxi services before placing a booking.
